Journalist Rep. Adam Schiff Got Banned from Twitter Says He’ll Sue the Democrat for Violating the Constitution

The Twitter Files revealed this week that Democrat Rep. Adam Schiff had journalist Paul Sperry banned from the platform after he exposed the Congressman’s connections to a government whistleblower whose information was used to impeach President Trump.

Sperry exposed the fact that the whistleblower had met with at least one staffer from Rep. Schiff’s office and had likely helped him craft his whistleblower statement. This made it obvious that Schiff was attempting to impeach President Trump for political reasons rather than to protect the country as he claimed.

Schiff told Twitter officials that Sperry was spreading “QANON” misinformation and asked that they ban him from the platform, which they did a day later.

Sperry, for his part, says he is considering launching a lawsuit against the congressman – seeking to make him pay for this blatant Marxist violation of the constitution.

Sperry notes that the Democrat attempted to “muzzle him” because, “like authoritarians everywhere, Schiff did not like critical reporting. The man who vowed to “protect our Democracy” from Donald Trump wanted to censor a free press.”

With smoking gun email evidence which catches Schiff red-handed trying to silence Sperry, the journalist has a solid case against the powerful Democrat who violated the first amendment.

As Sperry points out in a Twitter thread, Schiff violated his congressional oath which states, “I do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the constitution.”

He adds, “Democratic Rep. Adam Schiff abused Article 1 of the constitution, which states: “Congress shall make no law … abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press.”

With the Biden administration facing similar lawsuits after pushing to have other journalists silenced, could we finally be entering an era in which government tyranny is held to account?
