Under the guise of equity, Joe Biden has not only given the green light to racially discriminate against whites – he’s actually MANDATED it!
From the very first day Biden set foot in the Oval Office as president, he put out a directive which mandates all agencies within the federal government to prioritize equity over merit when it comes to their hiring practices.
Equity, according to the Biden regime, just means REFUSING to hire any straight white people, especially if they are male, and that’s exactly what’s going on!
At first his administration hid behind that term – equity – but now they’re openly BRAGGING about how few white people they have hired.
