Liz Cheney, Adam Kinzinger, Adam Schiff, and the rest of the liars on the January 6 Committee covered up the truth of the mostly peaceful protest at the US Capitol almost three years ago. It was not an insurrection and the vast majority of Americans there that day were peacefully exercising their constitutionally protected right to protest. We know this because the videos have finally been released.
New House Speaker Mike Johnson is releasing about 40,000 hours of surveillance footage from the Capitol that day. It tells a very different one from the fantasy told by the January 6 Committee.
Police were acting as tour guides as Americans peacefully wandered through the Capitol as tourists and sightseers. Cops give high-fives and fist bumps to people. And everyone is taking pictures and selfies. No one looks even vaguely threatening as the police and the protesters engage with each other.
Watch carefully at the 2:35 mark in the video below. The man in the red Trump sweatshirt who walks through the hallway was a 37-year-old English teacher named Matthew Perna. He killed himself after the Department of Justice tried to add a terrorism enhancement to his sentence for trespassing that day. He was facing 9 years in prison when he hanged himself in his garage.
Matthew Perna died because Liz Cheney and the rest of the criminals on the J6 Committee lied about that day.
