It’s Time for President Trump to Pardon Innocent Police Officer Derek Chauvin

NEW YORK, USA - Sep 21, 2017: Meeting of the President of the United States Donald Trump with the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko in New York

One of the most incredible injustices in America happened after the 2020 election was stolen. That was the conviction of Minneapolis Police Officer Derek Chauvin, who was railroaded with “murder” charges when violent career criminal George Floyd died from a fentanyl overdose.

A massive effort has now been launched to have President Donald Trump pardon Derek Chauvin.

Barack Obama’s Black Lives Matter domestic terrorist organization tried to tear the country apart on false pretenses after George Floyd succumbed to fentanyl poisoning. Derek Chauvin absolutely did not murder George Floyd. Even an overzealous prosecutor should have only charged him with manslaughter.

Instead, Chauvin was convicted of murder in a show trial, in which the lives of the jury members were threatened unless they delivered a “guilty” verdict.

Ben Shapiro is now using his platform to lobby for a full pardon for Derek Chauvin. Good for him!

Shapiro outlines the legal aspects of the Chauvin case and the reasons why he deserves a pardon below. It’s a great legal analysis. We respectfully disagree with Shapiro on only one point.

The racial hatred and strife encouraged by BLM did not start with George Floyd’s death in May 2020. It began when Barack Obama and his hulking “wife” encouraged the “Hands Up, Don’t Shoot” riots in Ferguson, MO, and before that when they convinced current Attorney General Pam Bondi to falsely prosecute George Zimmerman for defending his own life against Trayvon Martin.

Other than that minor point, here’s a great analysis from Shapiro:
