Illegal Immigration Grinds to a Halt under Trump

When Donald Trump ran for President of the United States, he announced to the world he would take control of immigration. He said he’d build a wall along the United States and Mexico border and no longer play nice with illegal immigrants.

Democrats balked at the idea, despite the fact that both former presidents Obama and Clinton said they would do the same. Former President George W. Bush did lineup some money to build a wall, but it wasn’t nearly enough to complete the entire wall project. The part of the wall Bush built did help reduce the amount of illegal crossings into the United States.

However, President Donald Trump has had a substantially larger impact on illegal immigration and the wall hasn’t even begun construction.

Exact funding for the border wall is still being determined, but an increase in patrol vehicles and border guards have helped reduce the amount of illegal immigrants crossing into the United States. It has also helped squash the illegal trade of smuggling people into the country, which is controlled by the cartels.

So not only is President Trump reducing illegal immigration but he’s taking money out of the cartel’s hands. How else is President Trump impacting illegal immigration? Find out by watching the excellent video clip below.
