Every once in a while, the Democrats will say something so INSANE that you sort of just HOPE it’s fake… but sadly in this case, this is very much real.
New York City Councilwoman Althea Stevens (D-obviously) recently told the New York Police Department that they needed to DELETE their gang database because it was…wait for it…racist!
Councilwoman Stevens said that while some people discuss ways to improve the gang database, in her eyes, the whole thing has to be deleted for good.
“Things cannot be fixed when it already comes with a broken system… things like that just have to go because it stems from racism,” Stevens argued.
According to this radical leftist, it’s now RACIST to keep track of violent criminals who commit crime in America…wow…just wow.
And sadly, this is not just some one-off moment of poor judgement for Stevens.
Back in 2024 she sponsored a bill in New York which would FORCE the police department to ABOLISH the “racist” criminal group database.
Stevens’ bill would also PROHIBIT the police force from making a new one to replace it…
These people are clinically insane. Do the Democrats just want criminals to run around and terrorize the DECENT American citizens who just want to live a normal life? I genuinely don’t know how anybody can look at a person who pushes policy like this and think – “yep, that’s got my vote!”
