Remote learning also led to some parents investigating what their students were really being taught. In some cases, the answers were startling.
Klaven said the shocking thing to him, especially in the recent Virginia saga of CRT, has been the clash between the media and reality. He claims “reality was speaking up” in Virginia’s recent election that saw a Republican voted in as governor for the first time in more than a decade.
The number one issue became education. We’re talking Loudoun County parents being arrested and targeted by the FBI for speaking out about a sex assault scandal against one of the students. Gender identity issues taught in the classroom.
Yet Democratic candidate Terry McAuliffe didn’t want parents to have a say on what is taught in the classroom. The attitude ended up destroying him at the ballot box.
CRT represents a special approach to leftists. It basically rewrites history and fuels racism rather than fighting it. I have not listened to MSM since we got a computer, where I live unless you have internet or cable you can only get the original 3 media stations, and we refused to pay the outrageous cable bills. And I never voted for Trump, nor did I vote for a Democrat but we are seeing what happens when people become only numbers, and not individuals.
But you have to admit, when President Trump was in office, our country was a much better America than we have now. Biden’s “Make America Better”, was intended to make America better than the America after President Trump. One question, is America better since this person moved into the White House? Closing pipelines and become dependent on foreign oil. HIgher gas prices that translate into change in our supply chain; higher food prices, utlities goes up basically everything goes up. What doesn’t go up are wages. And a socialist agenda that is taking away our civil rights and being extorted to get a vaccine or lose our jobs. Who benefits from that, the government because it forces us to depend on the government for all we need to survive. But look at the Democrats that are now having second thoughts of having him in the White House.
