Liz Wheeler of One America News Network recently looked at a segment from ABC’s The View that illustrates how the left treats conservative women.
The supposedly tolerant left is aided by the mainstream media to present conservative women in the worst light, leaving the impression that only progressive females are knowledgeable politically.
In an opinion piece for Fox News, Heather Higgins, the CEO of Independent Women’s Voice, notes that women in America “cover the full range of the political spectrum: everything from the far left to ultra-conservative, and all that is in between.”
Higgins says that all these groups are “worth treating fairly” but that is hardly the case.
One of the leftist media’s main tactics is simple omission. Conservative women aren’t portrayed as good or bad on the cover of Vogue Magazine because they just aren’t there. Hillary Clinton was the first First Lady featured on the cover of Vogue, followed by Michelle Obama on multiple occasions.
No cover for Barbara Bush, Laura Bush or God forbid, Melania Trump, who was an actual model.
When Marie Claire chose “50 Influential Women and Why They’re Voting in the 2018 Midterm Elections” not one conservative or supporter of President Trump made the cut.
Higgins observed, “Shaming and demeaning conservative women who don’t agree with [liberals] make our country worse.”
Watch the video to learn Whoopi Goldberg’s justification for disrespecting her conservative co-host on The View.
Leftists apparently don’t care if they are making America worse.
