Hillary Says She’s Still Open to Running in 2020

Bad news, sports fans. Hillary might run in 2020. Yeah, it’s gross. Yeah, it’s atomic eye roll material. But it’s great news for the pantsuit industry- because Hillary makes up about half of their entire consumer demographic- and she’s going to need a heck of a lot of pantsuits to get her through this one.

This may come as a surprise, but Trump has been ready for Hillary all this time. He’s not afraid of Madam Oven Mitt, and he’s said so in no uncertain terms. “I’d like her too, I’d be very happy with Hillary,” Trump said. “I don’t see anybody that I wouldn’t enjoy running against.”

Of course, it’s not in Trump’s character to project anything other than total confidence. But he’s got good reason to. In 2016, Hillary didn’t even try. She didn’t go to the really important states and districts and in so doing she showed her contempt for the American voter- especially certain kinds of American voters.

But if she took another shot at it in 2020, the chances that she would make the same mistakes are small. She would probably tighten up her game- but then- there’s a good chance that her fragile health would not hold up under the additional strain. She’d probably be falling into every van she came into contact with and down every staircase she set her flippers on.

We don’t wish her harm, but the future of democracy might depend on her losing her Life Alert necklace.

Hear the exact statement Hillary’s aid made about her 2020 plans in the video below.
