The Democrats want you to believe that January 6th was some sort of violent insurrection which President Donald Trump planned, executed and tried to then cover up, but the truth is far from that.
Politicians and media on the left have gone to great lengths to make people believe that Trump orchestrated an attack on the Capitol, hoping they can re-write history to the point where they will finally be able to charge him with something.
The Democrat lead J6 committee, which doesn’t allow ANY cross examination or rebuttals, has played clips of individuals claiming that former President Trump ‘told them to come,’ but they fail to mention the cold-hard truth, which is that President Trump called for a PEACEFUL protest on that day.
Trump was speaking before a crowd of supporters on January 6th when he said, “I know that everyone here will soon be marching over to the Capitol building to peacefully and patriotically make your voice heard.”
But the media simply won’t show you this clip or tell you this.
They have been lying all along as they try to spread some false narrative that J6 was somehow a “terrorist attack” and have used that fabricated narrative to go after Trump and conservatives alike.
Trump’s intention was strictly to ensure that the 2020 election was certified legally and appropriately – something which of course, the Democrats who stole the election simply could not allow.

The Jan. 6 “committee is assuming authority it does not have. The committee has appointed themselves judge and jury. they are not. They are politicians. And because they are not judges, they need to be held accountable for depriving persons of legal recourse. That is to say, incarceration, without legal counsel, denied bail, held without charges. (they cannot charge, they are not a court). depriving individuals of 4th anf 14 amendment rights.
All of this to try to pin a “charge” of insurrection on Trump, which would, by the constitution prohibit him from ever holding ANY office in government again.

Being charged with insurrection would not bar Donald Trump from office. One would have to be convicted of the charges to be barred from holding office. There is the presumption of innocent until proven guilty. Accusing political rivals of wrong doing may result in the loss of support among voters if they believe the allegations. They may also result in greater support if the allegations are not believable. In this case among hard core Trump supporters the charges are not believed and they support him more than ever. Among the never Trumpers the allegations are proof he is a bad man who must never hold office again. I will give Trump the benefit of a doubt until the allegations are proved beyond the shadow of a doubt.
