Health Scare in the Air: Hundreds of Passengers Fall Ill on Flights

If you are a sci-fi television and movie buff, you probably remember the plot of “12 Monkeys.” In both the feature film starring Brad Pitt and the TV show, airline passengers are infected with a virus that creates a global pandemic. What better way to spread a bio-weapon than by using private airlines.

Whether TV and movies reflect real life or bad actors get ideas from these narratives remains to be seen. But something very strange has been occurring on flights in recent weeks that should concern everyday Americans.

On this Lisa Haven News segment, the host reports on four separate incidents in which hundreds of passengers fell ill. While a quick, 24-hour bug can randomly strike small groups, this massive outbreak prompted the Center for Disease Control and Prevention to take significant steps to quarantine the situation.

Fortunately for potential airline passengers, celebrity hip hop artist Vanilla Ice was aboard one ill-fated flight and he posted video and images of the extraordinary measures being taken by officials. People on the plane were reportedly stricken by high fevers and vomiting. Within days, incidents would strike three other passenger flights. Is this coincidence or a strategically planned outbreak by a nefarious actor?

Although little has been reported about drawing a link, illnesses have escalated and 147 people were evacuated after a cholera outbreak. You don’t need to be a conspiracy theorist to connect the dots on this one. Watch this Lisa Haven report before you or a loved one get on a flight!
