In the last week, we’ve seen intense rioting across the country. More than 20 cities have seen widespread violence and destruction. Looters have robbed millions of dollars worth of goods from stores. Hundreds of law enforcement personnel have been injured, several have been killed. More than a dozen Americans have been killed.
Yet, mayors of cities across the country have explicitly tolerated the violence. They have ordered police forces to stand down. They released thousands of violent offenders immediately after arresting them, putting them back on the streets within hours. It took threats of a take over by President Trump to get them to take any action at all.
Can you guess how many of the dozens of impacted cities are run by Democrats versus Republicans? More than you think.
Let’s cut to the chase. Out of every city with riots, only one has a Republican mayor. Just one, and he’s in California. The rest are run by Democrats. In fact, the vast majority of police misconduct that we see in this country happens in blue territory.
This video adds perspective to the numbers. When you hear the names of all of these mayors, the problem is clear and evident. Don’t ever let anyone tell you that Republicans are the party of hate and/or racism. The facts don’t lie. We know where the hate and racism are really rooted.
