Giant 32 Foot Inflatable ‘Trump Chicken’ Mocks Empty White House

Just give him the bird!

That’s probably exactly what some liberals wish they could do to President Trump in person, but it looks like one of them decided to take the phrase literally. A giant 30-foot inflatable chicken has been erected opposite the White House as a mocking gesture toward the president; the bird even sports a golden fringe on top that bears a resemblance to the president’s hair. The same Chinese-manufactured inflatable creature has so far appeared in a few different locations throughout the nation, such as San Francisco, New York and Chicago, both this year and last.

But as protests go, this one is both poorly timed and poorly executed. A commentary on Twitter claims the chicken shows that Trump is too [timid] “to stand up to [Russian President Vladimir] Putin,” but the fact of the matter is that Congress recently tied Trump’s hands on sanctions for Putin’s Russia, so a veto by Trump of Congress’ supermajority vote would have been useless as it simply would have been overridden.

Right now, the president and Congress are away from their respective offices, and one has to wonder who the genius is behind this bird-brained stunt. YouTube’s WJ channel has a bit of a clue that’s revealed in this comical clip showing the “angry bird” and Twitter users who shot pictures of it in its current position (one has to assume that whoever paid for it also had to rent the land it sits on). Watch as this liberal prank clearly didn’t turn out to be much more than a bunch of hot air.
