Fox host Martha McCallum joined “The Brian Kilmeade Show” to discuss Gen. Mark Milley’s responses during a Senate hearing this week about the military’s failed departure from Afghanistan. It wasn’t pretty, to say the least.
McCallum pointed out, “It’s so disconcerting to listen to these answers…. I just go back to remember how many times people kept track of the lies from President Trump.”
She added, “And now you have the situation where the president says almost nothing, right? We’re listening to what his top brass told him. He said that he did not remember which is also disconcerting. They were advising him to leave 2,500 troops, but we all know what happened. I mean, he wanted out. And there was no way he was not going to do this any other way. So he rebuffed all of the people in the room which we now know.”
Her words clearly place the blame on President Biden for the failure in Afghanistan. Military leaders knew there would be problems, but Biden wanted to leave regardless. And nobody was going to talk him out of it. Now we have Americans left behind, military equipment left behind and radicals in control of the nation.
You have to hear the entire conversation as they document the Biden administration’s lies about Afghanistan.
