Former CNN Star Says It’s Time for Socialist AOC To LEAVE the Democratic Party

Former CNN reporter Chris Cuomo went on a viral rant earlier this week, calling for Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) and other far-left socialists like her to LEAVE the Democratic Party. He says these radical members are killing his party’s chances of ever winning an election again.

This might be one of the few true things Cuomo has said in his entire career!

“You’re killing your party,” Cuomo said to the AOCs of the world. “I hope you guys splinter off and become whatever you really are — because you’re not a capitalist and you’re not a Democrat.”

He goes on to point out how different Democrats like Rep. Ocasio-Cortez are from Democrats of old like his late father Mario Cuomo, who served as governor of New York for three terms, before doubling down: “you are killing your party!”

Speaking to AOC, he continued pointing out how she only acts in her own self-interest, “You’re doing what’s good for you in a vacuum with your little social media following.”

Then, he noted that if Democrats don’t realize what a cancer the far-left faction of the party, then the whole party will cease to exist.

“Democrats better wake the fu*k up… be with the 80 [percent], not the 20 [percent]!”

 Cuomo is actually right in his claims that AOC and the other socialist members are sabotaging the Democrat party as a whole, by making them look radical and too far to the left for the majority of voters. Unfortunately for the more moderate Democrat voters it might be too late for anybody to save the party from this radical faction.

A CNN poll from earlier this year found that Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was the top answer when Democrats were asked which leader best reflects the core values of the party.

Democrats are now officially the party of socialism – there’s no denying it anymore.
