Is hell freezing over, or did a Democrat senator just defect from his party to throw his full weight behind ICE and deporting illegal immigrant criminals?
While the rest of his party is busy screaming “Abolish ICE!” and holding candlelight vigils for people who break federal law, Pennsylvania Senator John Fetterman went on Fox News and said the quiet part out loud: “Round up all the criminals. Deport them! They should have never been here, and they definitely have to go.”
Finally some sanity from the left. Too bad the rest of his party isn’t listening.
? BREAKING: Democrat Sen. John Fetterman comes out in FULL SUPPORT of ICE’s deployments nationwide
“Round up ALL the criminals! DEPORT THEM! They definitely have to go!”
Don’t let liberals fool you: this is the MAJORITY opinion in America!

Look, Fetterman’s not exactly the poster boy for consistency—this is the same guy who’s been all over the place politically—but he’s right this time and we shouldn’t be afraid to say it that about a Democrat when it happens.
While Minneapolis leftists are protesting ICE operations and trying to turn their city into a sanctuary amusement park, Fetterman’s over here reminding America that maybe, just maybe, we shouldn’t be letting violent criminals roam free just because they crossed a border illegally.
And of course, the internet lit up. One user nailed it: “Fetterman has some screws loose but is right on this one.”

Even more jaw-dropping, Fetterman didn’t back down after Renee Good—a woman who tried to run over an ICE officer—was shot and killed. Instead, he doubled down, told folks on both sides of the aisle to “turn the temperature down,” and stood by ICE agents doing their jobs.
Reporter: “The Mayor of Minneapolis said ICE should get the F out of the city.”
Fetterman: “Let’s everybody turn the temperature down – whether it’s rhetoric coming from Secretary Noem or the president, or from the mayor or the governor.” pic.twitter.com/vC9LWON82T

Now, he did try to walk a fine line, saying he doesn’t want ICE targeting “otherwise hardworking people.” But here’s the thing, Senator: if they’re here illegally, they’re already breaking the law. So maybe we go all the way with this logic next time?
Either way, when John Fetterman is making more sense than the mayor of Minneapolis or the rest of the Democrat party, that’s a wake-up call.
