FDA Finally Abolishes the Food Pyramid in MAHA Victory

In the latest sign that the MAHA movement is serious about improving the health of Americans, Trump’s FDA Director Dr. Marty Makary has announced that they’re abolishing the food pyramid.

You probably remember the food pyramid from your days in elementary school. They drilled it into all of our heads. The government had the schools teach us that healthy, growing boys and girls needed FOUR SERVINGS OF BREAD every single day. And then we all got fat for some reason!

The problem with the food pyramid was that the food industry told the government what it thought people should eat and the government went along with it. The sugar industry published a huge study that found that saturated fats were the worst thing you could eat.

For decades now, the research has shown that it’s actually sugar and processed foods that are terrible in your diet, and that many fats are extremely healthy for you. It’s the exact opposite of what the food pyramid tells us, yet the government has never bothered to update dietary guidelines.

Americans have been digging their own graves with our forks for decades. We’re finally starting to see some real changes that are going to make a difference in our food supply and the health of our families.

Watch as Jimmy Dore explains how the food pyramid is finally going away. (And yes, the NSFW info about breakfast cereal in this video is actually true.)
