Krystal and Saagar at “Breaking Points” analyze the reporting about the FBI’s searching of millions of Americans’ data over the past year without obtaining warrants.
While the left is in an uproar over policing and no-knock warrants, the much bigger concern is the FBI’s increased surveillance of millions nationwide. We’re talking about widespread trapping of phones and computer networks, along with other connected devices and video cameras that make spy-movies look much closer to reality.
The strange part is that despite increased illegal surveillance, the efforts are not doing much to help stop crime. Nationwide, violent crime is up, especially in many Democrat-led cities. Radicals on the left still call for defunding the police, all the while monitoring our communications, travel and purchases in an effort for increased government control.
Ask the government and they might blame the pandemic for the additional tracking measures, but the realize that the federal level has overstepped its reach and need to step back. But that’s not going to come without a battle, something conservatives need to consider as they vote in upcoming primaries and the November midterm elections.
