We promised we would never forget, so let’s keep that promise. On September 11, 2001, the United States suffered its worst terrorist attack in history. Four groups of deranged terrorists hijacked airplanes, and just shy of 3,000 Americans were killed. That was more dead Americans than in the attack on Pearl Harbor.
In fact, it’s the most Americans ever killed in an attack on our soil. Virtually all of those victims were innocent civilians and first responders. They had never harmed a single soul, and they were murdered for the crime of having different beliefs.
That last part is the most important thing to remember today. For a jihadist, differing beliefs warrant a death sentence. When you remember the dead of 9/11, you realize that this statement holds no hyperbole. It’s the hard truth, and they’ve proven it time and again.
So, when a so-called journalist uses his liberal leaning platform to suggest that we deserved 9/11, there’s more to that statement than shock value. This journalist is saying that our country deserves murder and death because our belief system is wrong. We don’t deserve it for crimes committed or because we’ve harmed people. It’s only because we hold the wrong beliefs.
The modern left is waging a jihad. They have made it abundantly clear that they want Americans to die. Wrongthink is a capital crime in their eyes, and they’re doing everything they can to prove to you that this is how things are. You can’t keep living in denial.
