False Choice: Media Says Vote Biden If You Want the Riots to Stop

Washington Post reporter Michael Scherer attempted this week to frame Joe Biden as the voters’ only choice if they want to “stop the violence.” Scherer contrasted President Trump as the enemy of “peaceful” protests and asserted that he is sure to spark even more violence if reelected.

Trump retweeted Dinesh D’Souza assertion on Monday that “recent riots and political unrest could lead to ‘rise of citizen militias around the country’.” According to Sherer, Trump has “repeatedly encouraged assaults on protesters at his events.” He adds, “The unprecedented focus on violence by a high-profile American politician … set the stage for Trump to establish his political persona as a strongman itching to dominate threats foreign and domestic.”

Silent on the issue for months, Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden, made a statement condemning the deadly riots in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

Fox News reports that Biden wants America to believe he is the law and order candidate, and Trump is just “pouring fuel on the fire” of violence. In an interview with MSNBC, Biden said, “[Trump is ] rooting for more violence, not less. … If we want to end where we are now, we’ve got to end his tenure as president.”

One MSNBC viewer replied, “It only took Creepy Joe all Summer to finally respond. That must have been one heck of a nap!”

Watch the video as Daily Caller highlights all the times Democrats have claimed only Joe Biden can stop the riots. And he can only do it if people vote for him in November, a preposterous threat and assertion.
