Mark Zuckerberg, the CEO of Meta (Facebook’s parent company), has been trying to pass himself off as a pro-American patriot recently which may have been to stop us from discovering what his company has REALLY been up to.
According to a former Meta executive turned whistleblower, the American social media platform has been secretly helping China for their personal gain – all while putting U.S. national security at risk in a MAJOR way.
Sarah Wynn-Williams, who worked as Meta’s director of global public policy appeared before the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Crime and Counterterrorism earlier this week and she revealed that the Zuckerberg company has been effectively selling out America.
Wynn-Williams said that starting in 2015, Meta has been delivering secretive briefings to the Chinese Communist Party on advanced U.S. technologies. In exchange, Meta was granted a seat at Beijing’s tech table.
“These briefings focused on critical emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence – explicit goal being to help China outcompete American companies,” said Wynn-Williams.
She went on to say that “there’s a straight line you can draw from these briefings to the recent revelations that China is developing AI models for military use, relying on Meta’s Llama model,” she added.
Wynn-Williams revealed that this entire operation was known internally as Project Aldrin but she said that it wasn’t limited to AI.
According to her, Meta has been helping China’s CCP-owned companies outpace U.S. competitors in EVERY INDUSTRY by giving them insights into emerging technologies.
Considering the sheer amount of data that Meta has access to – our photos, our messages, our browser history – this is TERFFIYING.
Meta is a threat to national security.
