Explosive Report Reveals Corporate Funding of NGO That Helps Illegals Evade ICE

A new undercover investigation by O’Keefe Media Group (OMG) has uncovered direct financial ties between some of America’s largest corporations and an organization that assists illegal aliens in evading federal immigration enforcement.

According to the report, the Vera Institute for Justice — a nonprofit with a long history of providing legal services to migrants — has been receiving millions of dollars from corporate donors. Among them: Goldman Sachs ($5 million), Fidelity ($1.3 million), Bank of America ($250,000), and Universal Music Group ($50,000).

Hidden camera footage obtained by OMG shows Vera Institute policy advisor Santiago Mueckay describing how the organization “tracks ICE movements” and then “push[es] that information out” so illegal aliens can avoid federal agents. Mueckay also stated that high-profile individuals including Jeff Bezos and Bill Gates have contributed to Vera’s efforts.

If accurate, these revelations suggest that major corporations and billionaires are not merely funding legal aid for migrants but are actively underwriting efforts that obstruct federal law enforcement. The implications are serious: tipping off individuals about law enforcement activity is not advocacy — it is interference.

This is not the first time that corporate dollars have been funneled into activist networks that undermine the rule of law. During the 2020 riots, many of the same companies poured money into organizations tied to unrest and chaos under the banner of “social justice.” The pattern is unmistakable: large corporations positioning themselves as benefactors while financing movements that destabilize communities and handcuff law enforcement.

The OMG report raises urgent questions:

  • Why are publicly traded companies and wealthy executives diverting funds to an NGO accused of obstructing ICE?
  • What safeguards exist to prevent nonprofits from engaging in activities that cross the line from advocacy into unlawful interference?
  • And why have federal regulators not scrutinized the flow of corporate money into groups with such a controversial mission?

The Vera Institute insists its work is focused on providing due process and legal representation. But the evidence captured on camera tells a different story — one where the group uses its resources to track federal agents and alert those they are tasked with apprehending.
