The pandemic saw a lot of Democrat leaders show how their true colors – revealing that they’re pure tyrants when given too much power and naturally people fled the tyranny for FREE red states but now that the pandemic is over the people are still abandoning blue states.
Even without COVID as an excuse, Democrats in power are STILL acting as oppressive tyrants and people are FED UP!
Blue state leaders’ policies like defund the police and soft on crime have unleashed a violent crime waves in their territories, combine this with the fact that most of these states have some of the most absurd tax rates imaginable. No wonder people are fleeing.
States like California and New York charge their residents an extra 12.3% and 8.83% state tax respectively while simultaneously forcing them to abide by more regulations and restrictions which make it harder for them to earn and save money.
Conversely, states like Florida and Texas have shown themselves to be the exact opposite of that! With no state income tax and a pro-business local government people have been flocking to these states.
What this really boils down to is people expressing how sick and tired they are of tyrannical governments and over taxation!
As Americans continue to flee blue states, it could be symbolic that we are seeing a mass exodus from the Democratic party – meaning they have LOST THEIR VOTERS!
