The Democrats have created a sick and twisted version of America that not only okays attacking someone for their religious beliefs, but actually CELEBRATES IT – so long as they’re Christian, of course.
In the case of Kansas City Chiefs Kicker Harrison Butker that is exactly what happened at the ESPN hosted sports awards show known as the ESPY’s.
Butker has been hated by the left ever since he gave a commencement speech at Benedictine College in Atchison, Kansas which focused on promoting Christian values.
Venus and Serena Williams were on stage with actress Quinta Brunson when Venus called on the crowd to enjoy women’s sports “like you would any other sports because they are sports.”
Serena then interjected, “Except you, Harrison Butker, we don’t need you.” The crowd of leftists laughed and applauded before Brunson added in, “At all … like ever.”
Butker was in the audience to support his teammates who were up for awards.
Harrison’s speech was so controversial because it basically countered all of the feminist propaganda that our society forces on women, telling them not to fall for the left’s diabolical lies that they have to prioritize a career over a family.
He said, “How many of you are sitting here now, about to cross this stage, and are thinking about all the promotions and titles you are going to get in your career? Some of you may go on to lead successful careers in the world, but I would venture to guess that the majority of you are most excited about your marriage and the children you will bring into this world.”
All that Butker did was promote the traditional values that are associated with his faith and the left has put a target on his back ever since.
