Much to the delight of leftists all over, an entire police force has decided to call it quits – claiming that a new town manager, Justine Jones, is creating a “hostile work environment” for law enforcement in the town of Kenly, North Carolina.
After being subjected to Jones’ treatment, the city’s police officers all resigned, including the Police Chief Josh Gibson who said he was being targeted by the radically left new manager.
Gibson who was working double shifts at the time, also noted that Jones kept giving his understaffed police force random tasks which made it harder for them to do their real jobs.
Jones reportedly even punished Gibson for “socializing” in the small town in what could only be described as an apparent attempt to demonize the city’s police force and isolate them from the members of the town.
Heydt Philbeck, Gibson’s attorney noted that this was a classic example of a municipal head with no experience attempting to micromanage the police department and her actions are putting the public at risk.
Philbeck also stated that by stopping Gibson from socializing with members of the community, she was preventing him from getting the necessary feedback to perform his job at the highest level.
The attorney even pointed out that Jones would not let officers even speak with her unless they had scheduled a prior appointment.

Kenley use to be a nice little town in NC. But it half way between Miami and New York! Police department was smart to quit! Manager or Mayor has no business running this town. After being fired from other jobs! She didn’t belong in NC! You can only imagine she Lightfoot sister!

She should be fired for her hostile working environmment. The officers should be reinstated for each day off of the job…after she leaves. The story alone tells about corrupt people in the city.
