Dr. Fauci has announced he’ll retire in 2024 no matter who is president.
The news came out during an interview with CNN’s Jim Acosta this week after an earlier report said Dr. Fauci told others he would retire if Donald Trump is re-elected in 2024.
“Well, I’m not going to get involved in any politics about who is or isn’t in the White House,” Fauci said.
“By the way, by the time that happens, I think I won’t be around, no matter who the president is,” he added.
While many Americans will be glad to see Dr. Fauci out of the nation’s top healthcare job, it will come at a high cost. He is currently the highest-paid federal employee. After decades of serving in government, he’ll also receive approximately $350,000 per year in retirement.
Even with Bidenflation, that should get him through the next few years okay, right? The truth is that Fauci has a long line of questionable areas in recent years, including his NIH funded grants in Wuhan connected with both the coronavirus and monkeypox.

His retirement is long overdue! Plus I am angered by the fact that his annual salary is and has been over 400,000 a year. That, in lack if a better word is vulgar! His retirement income is also disgusting. There is something grossly wrong with our system that allowed him to stay sucking on the government’s teat for so long and for so much.

I think that prior to his retirement he should be fully investigated and brought to justice. Who ever is backing him should also be exposed. I hope this happens so the American people can be satisfied that the right path was taken.
