Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and her entire office have been officially DISQUALIFIED from prosecuting President Donald Trump in their bogus “election interference” RICO case against Trump.
Fani Willis was the DA who was coordinating with the White House on a lawfare campaign to “get” Trump when she got caught using tax dollars to SEVERELY overpay her secret lover Nathan Wade, who she hired to be the top prosecutor.
Willis then had Wade take her on luxurious vacations and buy her expensive gifts – all with the excessive taxpayer money she put in his pocket.
Of course Willis thought that she would NEVER get caught because she’s a Democrat who was working with even more powerful Democrats in D.C. and typically, these people are never held accountable.
But unfortunately for Fani, she did get caught.
A Georgia court of appeals said that “this is the rare case in which disqualification is mandated and no other remedy will suffice to restore public confidence in the integrity of these proceedings.”
“Accordingly, we reverse the trial court’s denial of the appellants’ motion to disqualify DA Willis and her office,” the filing states. “As we conclude that the elected district attorney is wholly disqualified from this case, ‘the assistant district attorneys — whose only power to prosecute a case is derived from the constitutional authority of the district attorney who appointed them — have no authority to proceed.”
While they didn’t throw out the case entirely (they should have) this is still a huge win for Trump and a major blow to the exhausting left-wing effort to bring him down through whatever means possible.
