Don Lemon May Not Be Out of the Legal Woods Yet According to A DOJ Official

Don Lemon is out here doing his best impression of a smug villain in a B-list courtroom drama—except in this case, the corrupt judge actually let him walk. That’s right, the same Don Lemon who got booted from CNN for being a walking PR disaster is now gloating after a magistrate in Minnesota tossed out charges from the Trump Justice Department.

So what did Lemon do? Just your average Sunday—storming a church in St. Paul with a mob of anti-ICE agitators, livestreaming the chaos like it was some kind of victory parade. The pastor was targeted simply for working with ICE. Yes, ICE—the agency that protects our borders. Apparently, that’s now a crime in leftist land.

Lemon wasn’t just a bystander either. He admitted on camera that he had foreknowledge of the protest and was “embedded” with the group. That includes BLM leader Nekima Armstrong, who’s now facing federal charges for Conspiracy Against Rights. That charge comes with up to ten years in prison. Armstrong got the full perp-walk treatment from the FBI. Lemon, meanwhile? He’s out here playing martyr on social media.

“Go ahead, make me into the new Jimmy Kimmel,” Lemon sneered in a video. “I stand proud, and I stand tall… You’re not gonna diminish my voice.”

Oh, Don, your voice was diminished the second CNN gave you the boot. But sure, keep pretending you’re some kind of freedom fighter while you help mobs intimidate churchgoers.

Here’s the kicker: The judge who let Lemon off the hook? Douglas Micko. His wife works for Minnesota’s far-left Attorney General Keith Ellison. You can’t make this up—this is the definition of a rigged system.

The DOJ isn’t done, though. Assistant AG Harmeet Dhillon responded to Lemon’s rant with one word: “Okay.” Translation? You’re not out of the woods yet, buddy. We’re coming for you.
