DOJ’s Absurd Claim About MAJOR Free Speech Case Leaves GOP Rep. SPEEECHLESS

The House Judiciary Committee recently held a hearing during which the DOJ’s Assistant AG Kristen Clarke – chief of the DOJ’s Justice Civil Rights Division – made an admission so shocking that she nearly left several Republicans without words!

Clarke was asked about Missouri v. Biden, a case which was described by the courts as the most “massive [government] attack on free speech in United States’ history.”

That case revealed to the world that the US government and Big Tech were colluding to suppress free speech – falsely accusing anything they didn’t like as being “misinformation.”

When asked if the DOJ was conducting any criminal investigations into those responsible to ensure that nothing like this would ever happen again in America, Clarke’s response was disturbing.

Clarke, who is supposed to be leading the civil rights division, claimed that she was not “familiar” with the Missouri v. Biden litigation.

Rep. Jim Jordan reacted to Clarke’s admission by saying this it was completely astounding that someone in her position would have no knowledge of this monumental case which found that SIX different government agencies were guilty of violating the First Amendment.

If Clarke truly has never heard of Biden v. Missouri then it’s obvious there will be NO accountability, and the government will continue to trample all over the constitution knowing that the DOJ couldn’t care less about actually protecting the rights of the American people!
