Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity (DIE) Are Making It Unsafe to Fly

If you talk to any experienced commercial passenger jet pilot these days, they will all tell you the same thing off-the-record. They are unwilling to let their own families fly on a passenger jet these days.

The reason is the Biden regime’s massive push to use diversity, inclusion, and equity (DIE) to select airline pilot applicants based solely on their skin color or on their sex lives.

Airline safety is something that we’ve obviously figured out how to do well in America. We haven’t had a fatal commuter jet crash in this country since 2009, when a flight from Newark to Buffalo crashed just before it was supposed to land. We’ve gone almost 15 years now without another fatal crash.

That’s because we used to have rigorous standards to be an airline pilot. Airlines selected pilots based on their qualifications, skills, and experience. That system seems to have been working.

But the FAA under the Biden regime says that’s unfair to non-white people and women. So, under the new standards, pilots are basically being chosen based on their gender or skin color. How’s that working out?

As mentioned above, seasoned pilots are no longer allowing their families to get on commercial flights, because they know that the inevitable catastrophe is going to happen sooner rather than later. We’ve already had some close calls because of DIE hiring, as Matt Walsh explains in this video…
