Disney Executive Reveals Company Won’t Hire White Men for Many Roles

A Senior Vice President in Disney’s media department admitted that the company explicitly REFUSES to hire “White males” for key roles.

The senior leader, Michael Giordano, revealed to an undercover journalist that while there is this unspoken understanding that White men are not to be hired, the higher-ups have at times come out and said this directly.

When asked how they would say this, Giordano reveals that they would simply say “There’s no way we’re hiring a White male for this role.”

Giordano reveals that Disney’s leadership is BLATANTLY discriminating against White men in the workplace and they don’t even feel the need to hide it.

As a White man himself, Giordano admits to being concerned about his own future at the company because he represents something “they’re not looking to promote.”

He said that even people from HR have told him that he will not be considered for promotions because he is White.

But the issue goes even deeper.

The company doesn’t just seem to hate White people, they also hate anybody who even LOOKS White.

According to Giordano, an executive at the company made the decision to pass on hiring someone who was half-Black because they didn’t “look Black enough.”

Disney might just be one of the most racist companies in America and it’s time we stop letting them get away with this hate-driven nonsense!
