Representatives for alleged murderer Karmelo Anthony lost their MINDS when the father of the boy Anthony is suspected of killing, Austin Metcalf, attended their press conference.
Anthony’s case has been one of the most high-profile in some time because he stands accused of killing Metcalf during a dispute at a high-school track meet and the incident has renewed racial tensions in America because Anthony is Black while the victim was White.
Karmelo’s family has been using the murder to rake in hundreds of thousands of dollars in donations from leftists who think the killing was justified and are even CELEBRATING the fact that a young White man was killed.
But despite all of this, Anthony’s legal team thinks it’s “disrespectful” for the murdered boy’s father to attend their press conference and so much so that they even CALLED THE POLICE ON HIM!
According to ABC 8, the Next Generation Action Network (NGAN), which is a Dallas-based activist group that has taken on the role of publicly defending Anthony, called the police and asked Jeff Metcalf to be removed from the scene.
Dominique Alexander, one of the leaders of NGAN attacked the father by saying it was “disrespectful” for him to show up because he wasn’t invited.
“The father being at this press conference, these are my words, don’t quote anybody, is a disrespect to the dignity of his son,” he said.
Alexander went on to imply that this speaks to the “character” of the Metcalf family…
In other words, Karmelo allegedly murdered this man’s son and now they’re all having donations rained down on them… but the victim’s father is the disrespectful one?!
