Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas has been exposed as a downright fraud following the revelation that he knew border patrol agents did NOT whip migrants back in 2021, but still helped to advance the lie that they did.
At the time, Democrats and the White House were pushing the narrative that ‘racist’ Border Patrol agents had whipped illegals who were crossing the Rio Grande in Del Rio, Texas.
“To see people treated like they did, horses barely running over, people being strapped — it’s outrageous,” Biden said, making a whipping motion with his hand. “I promise you, those people will pay. There will be an investigation underway now, and there will be consequences. There will be consequences.”
A newly obtained email reveals that Mayorkas knew full-well that agents had not whipped the Haitian migrants but refused to stop the White House’s efforts to peddle a false narrative.
In the email, it was revealed that even the photographer who captured the image that made it look like the illegals were being whipped – admitted that incident did not occur as it seemed in the photo.
Marsha Espinosa, assistant secretary of DHS public affairs, emailed Mayorkas and cc’d other DHS leadership, alerting them to a news article that showed that the photographer who took the images did not see any whipping.
Espinosa’s email highlights the comments from the photographer where he directly says he did not witness any whipping.
Mere hours after receiving that email, Mayorkas joined then White House press secretary Jen Psaki at a White House press conference, where he continued to push the fake narrative.
“Our nation saw horrifying images that do not reflect who we are. We know that those images painfully conjured up the worst elements of our nation’s ongoing battle against systemic racism,” Mayorkas said.
