The “star witness” in the rigged Trump hush money trial may have just put the final nail in the coffin in the case – destroying ANY hope that this would finally be the case to “get Trump.”
Democrats had hoped that former Trump attorney Michael Cohen’s time on the witness stand would be helpful to their cause but it’s had the exact opposite effect.
After revealing that he may have been threatened with more indictments if he didn’t testify against Trump, Cohen made another damming admission, revealing that he committed a crime that was WORSE than the one they’re accusing Trump of.
Cohen confessed to having stolen TENS OF THOUSANDS of dollars from Trump himself in a crime that is far more severe than the one they’re trying to pin on Trump.
Cohen admitted that in 2017 he lied to former Trump Organization CFO Allen Weisselberg about how much money he needed for a reimbursement so that he could pocket the difference – $30,000 in total.
“You stole from the Trump Organization, correct?” defense attorney Todd Blanche asked.
“Yes sir,” Cohen replied.
Obviously you can see how Cohen being exposed as both a liar and a thief (again) damages the prosecution’s case, but there’s another element that suggests this thing is DONE!
Prosecutors knew about the fact that Cohen committed larceny by stealing from Trump but they decided to give him a pass so that they could use him to go after Trump for a less severe “crime.”
They’ve never cared about actual crime – they just wanted to lock Trump up to help Biden win the election!
Once again, this has been exposed as one of the most blatantly political persecutions in American history!
