Democrats Dragging their Feet with Trump’s Cabinet Picks

Democrats have decided to dig in their heels and not only waste valuable time and money, but do whatever they can to be a thorn in the side of President Trump. While it is the job of any senator or representative to do what he or she believes is right for their particular states, simply slowing down progress because it is from a different party is disgraceful and irrational.

People on the left have pointed to Donald Trump signing in several executive orders as a flaw in the system (despite the fact that Truman signed over 900 executive orders in his time in office, which is more than one per day). But with the amount of foot stomping and complaining Democrats are doing, it is obvious why President Trump has signed into action what he has.

However, President Trump can’t sign an executive action regarding his cabinet members. Due to this, Democrats are dragging out the process for no real reason other than because they are upset their girl lost the election.

At present count, congress has approved four cabinet members. At this same point in the Obama administration, 11 cabinet members had been approved. This is slowing down the government and Trump’s ability to go to work. As these individuals sit at the head of important departments within the country, Donald Trump is almost handcuffed in doing what he needs for the country.

What exactly are Democrats doing to drag out this entire process? Make sure to watch the clip to find out.
