Democrats’ Double Standard: Indicted Trio Remain in Congress

We’ve officially hit clown world, folks. The same Democrats who lost their minds over George Santos buying Botox with campaign funds are now rallying behind *three* of their own who are facing full-blown federal indictments—and not a single one of them has been kicked out of Congress.

Let’s recap the madness.

Rep. Henry Cuellar of Texas is under indictment for allegedly pocketing bribes from an Azerbaijani oil company. That charge came down *two years ago*, and he’s been reelected *twice* since then. Meanwhile, George Santos was thrown out of Congress before his trial even started—for $600 worth of Botox. Really?

Then there’s Rep. LaMonica McIver from New Jersey. She’s been charged with assaulting and resisting federal officers after going all WWE at an ICE facility. The video of her going full linebacker on those officers is straight-up wild. She wasn’t protesting. She was throwing hands. If a Republican did that, CNN would be calling it “an insurrection” and demanding the National Guard be deployed.

And most recently, Rep. Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick of Florida was indicted for allegedly stealing $5 million in FEMA funds. According to prosecutors, she funneled the cash through fake donors, juiced up her campaign, and treated herself to a few luxuries along the way. FEMA money. You know, the stuff meant for disaster victims. What Congresswoman Cherfilu-McCormick did was particularly dirty as she stole money directly from taxpayers to fund her life. This video goes into a lot more detail about her dastardly deeds

Now here’s where it gets real shady: Cuellar was indicted *after* he criticized Joe Biden’s open border disaster. He blasted Biden for ending Trump’s Title 42, and just like that—boom—the FBI shows up. Almost like Biden’s DOJ is punishing dissent. Same thing happened to NYC Mayor Eric Adams when he dared to question Biden’s immigration policies. See a pattern here?

Yet somehow, all three Democrats are still sitting in Congress, collecting taxpayer paychecks, and pretending they didn’t do anything wrong. But George Santos? Banished before his day in court.
