The once-booming city of Chicago has become the perfect example of what happens if you let Democrat policies go too far for too long.
Thanks to unchecked leftist policies, the city has become a cesspool of crime and violence but according to Democrat Mayor Brandon Johnson, “systemic racism” is at the root of it.
Even as most people continue to sour on terms like “diversity, equity, and inclusion,” realizing that they’re basically just a means of introducing communism to America, Johnson has decided to go all-in on this.
The far-left mayor announced a new chief equity officer to oversee a task force on reparations aimed to tackle “systemic racism” in the city, pointing the finger of blame at past administrations.
It’s worth noting the city has not had a Republican mayor since 1931…
Johnson went to claim that “systemic racism” is in the roads, the violence, and in pollution.
“And of course, that is why it is imperative that is now the time to deliver good on reparations for people of Chicago, particularly Black people, the city of Chicago.”
In other words, Johnson is trying to use “racist roads” to justify using tax dollars to pay out reparations to Black Americans in the city.
Wow, when the infamous Democrat Chicago mayor Lori Lightfoot departed from office it was hard to believe anybody could be worse than her – but somehow, the leftists in Chicago have found a way with this guy!
Must be those darn racist roads…
