The Biden regime has brought millions upon millions of illegal aliens into America with the hope of turning them into lifelong Democrat voters and this little known law actually LETS THEM do that LEGALLY!
Democrats would have you believe that it’s merely a far-right conspiracy theory to suggest that the Biden-loving illegals would be allowed to vote, pointing to federal law that prohibits that.
On the surface it may be true that the law forbids illegals from registering to vote, but this obscure subclause creates a loophole which a loophole which actually allows illegals to vote with ZERO REPURCUSSIONS – and the Democrats are relying on it to carry out their agenda.
Catherine Engelbrecht, founder of election integrity group “True the Vote” exposed a federal law which states that if an illegal alien “reasonably believed at the time of voting that he or she was a citizen of the United States,” they cannot be prosecuted!
This means that illegals can illegals can get away with voting in the U.S. presidential election so long as they claim they thought they were a citizen.
Of course, with aliens being given free housing, free cell phones, free healthcare, and prepaid debit cards worth thousands of dollars by the Biden regime, you can see how they might be “incentivized” to keep him in power.
As Engelbrecht points out, this has created a situation where we could wake up the day after the election in complete SHOCK about what just happened.
