Democrat 2020 Candidates Call for Slavery Reparations, Watch This Republican Rip Their Argument Apart

Slavery reparations are now a leading issue for the Democrats. They’re a hundred and fifty years late on this. In fact, they’re so late that the concept is literally impossible to deliver. Studies show that as many as 30 percent of black Americans have no ties to enslaved ancestors. There’s no way to fully discern who falls into which camp.

Moreover, far fewer than one percent of non-black Americans are descended from slave owners. Who provides the money? If we were to try to take it from people who actually benefited from slavery, it would be impossible to fund the program. In every way, this is completely unworkable.

Here’s the truth. Reparations are a thinly veiled attempt to push further wealth redistributions on our country. The fact that the program is as dysfunctional as every other leftist policy shouldn’t be surprising. What is surprising is that Bernie Sanders is actually willing to be honest about it. Among leftists, he seems the only one willing to acknowledge the impossibility of a reparations program.

On the other hand, we have Ben Shapiro. As usual, he’s ready to set the record straight and speak honestly about policy. That’s exactly what he’s doing in this video, and once you watch it, you’ll be fully armed to destroy any suggestion that America needs slavery reparations.
