Judge Juan Merchan sentenced President-Elect Donald Trump on Friday in the absolute sham New York falsified business records case.
Judge Merchan imposed the sentence of “unconditional discharge” which, according to New York state law means, “the sentence is imposed without imprisonment, fine or probation supervision.”
In other words, this means Trump will face NO JAIL TIME and NO FINES but will still be labeled as a “felon” thanks to the blatantly corrupt (in)justice system in New York.
All the Democrats ever wanted was to be able to call Trump a felon, and this incredibly biased judge just granted their wish.
During the sentencing Trump addressed the court and dismantled the entire witch-hunt piece by piece.
“This was a case that (District Attorney) Alvin Bragg did not want to bring, he thought it was inappropriately handled before he got in. A gentleman from a law firm came in and acted as a district attorney … it was criminal, what he did.”
Trump pointed out that this was done to benefit his political opponent at the time, President Joe Biden.
He added that one of Biden’s top DOJ officials decided to step down, and take a much lower ranking position in Bragg’s office to “get them to move on him.”
Trump further said, “this was done do damage my reputation so I would lose the election. Obviously, this did not work.”
“They call it Lawfare. Never happened to any extent like this but never happened in our country before. And I’d just like to explain I was treated very very unfairly. And I thank you very much.”
