Virginia has a critical off-year election coming up on November 4th. The race for Attorney General has been roiled after the release of the disturbing and murderous text message of the Democrats’ candidate. Jay Jones fantasized about shooting the leader of the Virginia House two years ago and also said he wanted to murder the man’s 2- and 5-year-old sons.
No Democrat has called for Jay Jones to drop out of the race. He still might win.
In the race for Virginia Governor, current Lieutenant Governor Winsome Earle-Sears is running against a creepy former CIA spook named Abigail Spanberger. The two candidates had a televised debate a few days ago.
Earle-Sears called on Spanberger to condemn Jay Jones for wanting to murder toddlers. Spanberger’s response was… weird. She didn’t respond at all. Spanberger just stared ahead like Joe Biden always does when his brain glitches out.
How does a political candidate running for the highest office in a state not have a response to that? This is a scary situation for Virginia voters to be in. Republicans had better take this seriously and turn out for this election.
