Former Trump senior advisor Stephen Miller told Fox News host Larry Kudlow that the Biden administration’s relief payments to farmers based on race is illegal.
You might recall that President Biden reversed Trump’s PPP loan program. Biden made it so that white male business owners couldn’t qualify for the loans. He’s done the same thing to farmers looking for government loans during the pandemic.
Miller called Biden’s race requirements un-American, and more than that, from a legal standpoint it is blatantly unconstitutional. I am immensely proud of the fact that my organization, America First, has already received an initial ruling on behalf of our plaintiffs, so that the people we represent in court, they’re going to be able to participate but we want the whole illegal scheme to be stricken down.”
Miller added, “All Americans were hurt by this pandemic and restaurant and bar owners in particular were devastated because of closure rules. It’s nothing they did.”
The idea that one group over another deserves COVID-19 relief funding is both ridiculous and discriminatory. If our nation believes all people are created equal, then all businesses need equal treatment under the law.
This isn’t about being woke or enlightened. It’s about getting Americans back on track and helping people get to work after the pandemics. Anything less is just political nonsense.

I think Biden is totally incompetent. He deceived the American people when he ran for the presidency. I believe he committed fraud because when anyone runs for office and completes all the required paperwork, he is stating he is fit for the position. Our government has been tacitly approving racism since Affirmative Action began in the 1960s, and continued with diversity quotas and minority-preferred recipients of government contracts.
