Conservatives called out Attorney General Barr, challenging him to release evidence behind the ongoing voter irregularities in battleground states. In response to building evidence of ballot and voting irregularities, Barr recently told the Associated Press, “To date, we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have affected a different outcome in the election.”
His response sounds more like Obi-Wan Kenobi than the words of the Attorney General of the United States. His basic attitude of, “These aren’t the droids you’re looking for. Move along,” is a flippant, unacceptable stance to allegations that determine who is the president of the nation.
The Freedom House Caucus called Barr out in a Newsmax interview, admonishing him to “really give it the effort that it’s worth.” The American people deserve an Attorney General who will adequately investigate allegations that impact the legal votes of the nation.
Separately, Freedom House noted the surprising lack of coverage regarding the issue from mainstream news networks. If allegations of voter fraud have the potential to overturn victories in multiple states and perhaps the outcome of the election, why wouldn’t it be the top news headline on all media outlets?
Perhaps certain three-letter networks have already decided who they want in the White House and reject any narrative that doesn’t fit their conclusion. Americans used to call such acts propaganda. Today they are called mainstream news.
