CNN as a whole is pretty much unwatchable, but every now and their conservative commentator Scott Jennings gives us some must-see content by putting a beatdown on the liberals who surround him!
This is exactly what happened on Wednesday when he was placed on a panel with FOUR Democrats to debate current issues, and Jennings singlehandedly wiped the floor with them.
Usually Jennings will be joined by one or two other conservatives who help to balance the discussion a bit, but in this case it seems the producers really wanted to drive home some of that good ol’ fashioned Democrat propaganda so they staged a four on one… and it backfired.
During the discussion, one of the liberals on the panel – a New York Times reporter – tried to label Republicans as the “party of taking things away,” referring specifically to government funded programs and entitlements.
“My rebuttal to that would be Democrats have become the party of EXPLODING government benefit programs… and then saying, ‘Gee whiz, now people are trying to take things away.’”
This comment is true in more ways than one and it pretty much sums up the entire Democratic party’s strategy.
They introduce horrible policy after horrible policy, knowing that any right-minded Republican leader would want to undo them, and then they point the finger at Republican leaders while trying to say that they are “evil” for undoing all of their handwork they did for the American people.
In a sense, we’re seeing the Democrats do that right now with their entire open border agenda. They flooded the country with tens of millions of illegals, including violent thugs and criminals KNOWING that President Donald Trump would come in and deport these people.
And when he did that, what did they do? They pointed the finger at him and said look how “evil” he is for deporting all of these people we brought to the country!
Their playbook is as predictable as it is dangerous, and Jennings called it out PERFECTLY.
But the best part of the conversation came later, when he called out a Democrat Rep. and fellow panelist for being a blatant “liar.”
