California’s Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom doesn’t just idolize Communist Chinese leader Xi Jinping, evidently, he wants to become him – and this is the first step!
Over the 4th of July weekend, California law enforcement officials busted out high-tech surveillance drones and flew them around, hoping to catch people shooting off “illegal” fireworks.
Officials claimed that the spy drones were used for “safety” reasons, but like anything the Democrats do – it was all about money!
California dishes out massive fines for firework use, and last year one resident racked up $100,000 worth in fines for the “illegal use of fireworks.”
The drones are really just an easier way for the mad-with-power Democrats who run the financially collapsing state to collect MORE money from residents.
“If you think you got away with it, you probably didn’t,” said Sacramento Fire Department Captain Justin Sylvia.
Worse still, it’s another sign that California is on the path to become a full-blown nanny state like Newsom’s beloved China where they used advanced surveillance systems to “make sure citizens behave.”
China is a dystopian surveillance state where government control takes precedence over personal freedom.
But it won’t stop with California.
Newsom is the current Democratic front-runner for the 2028 presidential nomination.

California residents who launched fireworks for the 4th of July have tickets coming in the mail, thanks to police drones that were taking note.
One resident, for example, racked up $100,000 in fines last summer due to the illegal use of fireworks.
