In a stunning turn of events, CNN’s Van Jones actually agrees with former President Donald Trump on something. That something is that a president can actually challenge the results of the election and has certain legal steps to do so.
Not sure why Van Jones feels the need to mention it now, but better late than never. Unless he’s setting up plans for an election challenge in the future for Democrats, it’s actually refreshing to see someone from the left address some of the facts related to the 2020 election controversy—and admit that Trump’s strategy was a valid one.
Van Jones may still not agree with Trump’s specific strategy and has his own views on Jan. 6, but he’s come a long way from the smear campaign of the left after the 2020 election that made it look like Trump was doing something illegal by simply trying to question the certification process.
If only the Jan. 6 committee would take a look at the facts instead of making its efforts Impeachment 3.0, we might actually see some progress. Instead, network coverage has been abysmal for ratings, showing that Americans are more concerned about other issues.

But, he is telling the truth about Trump having a legal means to challenge the 2020 Election. This is something I have written about since Jan 6, 2021.
“The 1887 Electoral Count Act” was the legal means.
Proof of that statement is that the House and Senate Democrats & RINOs have just about completed discussions on a final version of amendments to that law so that there is no legal means to challenge electoral fraud.
There is a lot more history to the 1887 law, but I am not sure if you are interested enough to read this or will be able to see it. The Election of 1876 was filled with corruption and set the groundwork for the 1887 Electoral Count Act. I remember the 1876 Election from history classes and it may be in much older history books, but not found in newer books. It is available by Google Search, but not without effort, It is buried and unlikely to be seen unless someone seriously looks for it.

Yes. Trump could have refused to concede. But if he succeeded in overturning the election, we never would have learned the truth about the democrat agenda stifling free speech, banning law abiding citizens from the ability to defend themselves as specified in the second amendment, forced inoculations (with a so called vaccine that does not work), causing divisiveness by forcing a school curriculum in “Critical race theory” and “gender identity” to youngsters, destroying our economy and world reputation by killing our energy independence without actually developing a new reliable energy source, allowing hoards of unvetted and unvaccinated immigrants into the country, defunding the police, allowing for no bail or punishment to looters and shop lifters, giving in to China, sending hundreds of millions of dollars to support middle east terrorists without any oversight or concessions; namely school textbooks that advocate violence against Jews and Christians, and the list goes on. Currently there is action started to decertify the 2020 election in quite a few states. Apparently looks like even NY voted Trump in. And many I there that were not even swing states. If this doesn’t get pushed forward before midterm takeover, it will after. Decert and throw out the fraud election, start canceling Biden blunders and destruction, and charge appropriate people with treason. NO BAIL. ALL flight risks and too dangerous to have loose in America. Needs to be a permanent punishment.

In the 1920s, the Left began taking over the colleges of education and social studies in the prestigious universities where the future leaders would attend. By the 1960s, the Left had control of most universities and made inroads into the public high schools. The riots of the 1960s bear out my claim. I am not sure when they gained control of preK-12 education, but they did. Maybe as soon in 1992 to elect Bill Clinton or not later than 2008 that put 0bama, the Illegal Alien into office. I can make a good case for that claim. I was on 0bama’s questionable citizen issues when he first declared for the presidency in 2006.
My point, the beginnings of CRT began in the 1960s, (it did not have a name then) and proceeded by baby-steps until recently. When I say beginnings, I mean in 1-12 public schools. Steps so small you did not realize it was happening until they could not longer hide it. Which happens to be the same time they felt it could not be stopped. The Left’s efforts to destroy America is at the same point, it may be too late to stop it.
For myself, I learned enough about the Libs via their constant putting Trump through tumultuous hell over his 4 years in the WH.

I agree with your statements about those that have conspired to bring our country down, but what about Bill Barr and the department of Justice, The FBI and others that will have to fight this or be exposed themselves. Bill Barr recently exposed who he stands with when he commented about election fraud. And then all the dirty people have to be weeded out of our government as well as the liars in the media, those that have sold their souls for money or favors to undermine a sitting president
