The mainstream media thinks that they are a bunch of wizards with magical powers. They actually believe that they can shape reality by pushing a storyline—they care not that it’s a consistently false narrative. They believe if they say it enough they will eventually grind you down and make you question reality and your own sanity. Unfortunately for the media, the internet nullifies their wizard powers and just makes them look like a bunch of dorky liars — which is what they are.
Here’s how their typical gaslighting wizardry works. The media will beat you over the head constantly with statements like, “Democrats don’t want to take away ALL of your guns. That’s a myth! A falsehood! We love hunters and we want people to be able to hunt and enjoy the robust tradition of target shooting. Take away ALL guns? Preposterous!”
Meanwhile, retired Supreme Court justices and college professors are penning op-eds declaring, “Perhaps it is time to abolish that icky and outdated Second Amendment once and for all. Tear it down, I say! Pass me more of that caviar, Jeeves.” Even when people point out these obvious falsehoods, the media just keeps chugging along with their attempted wizardry.
There’s no crisis at the border! Trump is a white nationalist! Bruce Jenner is a strong and beautiful woman! Russian collusion! “Captain Marvel” was a great movie!
CNN’s chief wizard Chris Cuomo is one of the best there is at lying with a straight face. Check out this video as Cuomo tries to cast a spell over CNN’s dwindling audience by declaring that “No Democrats support open borders.” Abra-cadabra!
