City in Ilhan Omar’s District BANS Pledge of Allegiance

In case you were not completely sure that Ilhan Omar hates America, and so do the people that voted for her, well… suppose we were to tell you that a town in her district just made it illegal for town meetings to be opened with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Some people have a natural resistance to being told to say the pledge of Allegiance to America. This is natural, especially for young people. Being forced to say it can be uncomfortable, and if you’re too young to understand what it means then that’s even more uncomfortable.

But if you’re a grown-up who is actively involved in the political process, that means you understand that what we are doing is trying to work out a way to govern this country together. It means you know that what makes America special is the fact that the people are meant to be self-governing. That is why we choose leaders who craft and enforce laws that represent the needs of the people.

At, least that’s what’s supposed to be going on. But you would hear just the opposite if you were to ask Omar. Apparently, she believes that we are being forced to say the Pledge as if we were children crammed into a prison-like public school, forced to walk white lines in the halls and to shut up most of the time.

Never forget, Omar and her family are refugees who were taken in from a war zone. Why is she not the least bit grateful?

Here’s The Scoop with why this town claims they had to ban the Pledge.
