Massive corporations have instituted systematic racism and white people may soon discover they can no longer earn their way into a good-paying job. According to this report, Cigna pushes the anti-white “Critical Race Theory” that insists employees act “less white” because they are inherently racist supremacists and just don’t know it.
But Cigna appears to be venturing into new grounds in terms of implementing biased company policies.
A shocking example of workplace bias recently surfaces in the conservative media that alleges a Cigna applicant had a top-tier resume and performed above other candidates during the in-person interview. But the hiring manager refused to waive him through to the next phase because he was white.
When the decision-maker was told the person at least identified as black, he was welcomed to the team. How disingenuous can a company’s hiring practices be? As disgraceful as it may sound, that’s not even the worst of it.
According to evidence reported on this video report, screenshots taken by unhappy employees indicate that their First Amendment rights are under attack. The Fortune 500 company now has rules about acceptable language their employees can use in the workplace. Cigna has banned a wide range of commonly used phrases. Only a pathetic snowflake would consider any of the hot-button phrases offensive, and that’s only because they can’t handle a tough job. Thus the service and ideas get poorer as only the lesser qualified are hired. I call it dumbing down for the race card and our government has been hiring for decades since Johnson’s set his lower hiring standards where a certain number of other races were hired over higher rating white candidates. Mixed blood or another race got the jobs. So, as noted things do not maintain the best results when you hire by those lesser standards for the race card. Though that college hiring for government was definitely rino and entitled by the DNC too for those top opportunities in the government and operated well for years until exposed recently.
And here we are today overrun by morons in our government though it is funny how Old Joe is white. What does that mean? To me it means the DNC tried to put a picture forward to the nation and it was a pretend white guy who promised one thing but intended to deliver on a load of BS for the whole nation, not just the whites.
DAH! This all started when the government started with quotas for accepting non white students and employees. Best qualified was thrown out the window in favor of quotas to balance the work force and student populations. Under the present circumstances, it will never be eliminated.
With social media acting as the arbiter of allowable discussion, & with continued censorship & cancellation
of those with views challenging the “accept narrative” the United States is on the verge of losing it’s cherished
freedoms. It is not at all clear whether our democratic republic will survive…. but it is clear it will not survive unless more people begin to step up in defense of freedom of thought & speech. Cigna is part of the problem. the power of the purse must send the scumbags at Cigna a message they can understand. This is a start.
The best way to send a message to a company is NOT USE THEM. Boycott with your checkbook. I don’t buy music or go to movies not because I don’t like them but I am tired of making people wealthy (who are already overpaid and too opinionated) in the entertainment business. The American public and huge buying power and that power will be reflected in these companies and businesses by affecting their bottom line — MONEY.
Racism is the side issue in this country. I’m not saying it doesn’t exist. I’m saying its not the ROOT OF THE ROT in our society. MONEY, POWER and GREED are the real enemies. When companies were given the same stature as the individual and allowed to contribute to our elected officials financially – that changed to game. Campaign contributions by corporations are this countries biggest problem. These corporations can override the power of thousands of single voter contributions in one swoop.
When a corporation contributes that much money they want favors in return i.e. votes in their favor. It’s an uneven playing field. Our government is not for the people, by the people – it’s for the corporation, by the corporation.
