The Democrats and the mainstream media have created the narrative that President Donald Trump is a “mad man” using tariffs to suddenly “wage war” on America’s so-called allies to the north.
This might actually be one of the biggest lies they’ve ever told – and even the Canadian people know it!
One Canadian man posted a now viral video on X where he revealed an inconvenient truth about the trade war that the liberal media is refusing to acknowledge.
He points out the fact that Canada has been imposing HEAVY tariffs on the United States for YEARS.
The list of Canadian tariffs on American goods that existed BEFORE Trump ever took office include, 298% tariffs on butter; 238% on Poultry; 265% on Sugar, 295% on Peanut Butter and many, many, more.
“Take a look at those numbers and see if that’s fair,” the man says. “This is what Trump’s talking about Canadians and our government treating them unfairly.”
He goes on to say that despite Prime Minister Justin Trudeau posturing as a big tough guy who is willing to stand toe-to-toe against Trump Canada could actually become the 51st state.
“At the end of the day we are broke. Canada is in the worst position it’s ever been. We look more weak than ever…. Without the American military protecting us, we’re fu**ed” – we don’t have a military.”
The truth is Canada NEEDS America but they have been taking advantage of us for decades. President Trump is putting a stop to that… and somehow that makes him the “bad guy?”
Right…
